Febuary of 2020 was our six month anniversary, and I’m pleased to report that things are cooking along just fine. We are growing and hearing more from folks interested in getting started with us every week.
We’ve covered a lot of ground in the last six months, and we have a long way to go still. Class intensity is starting to ramp up with partner drills starting to take over our extended periods of individual warm-up work. That work on those individual movements is important for laying a rock-solid foundation on where we build from here.
We’re doing good stuff, and I’m proud of the school and the people who are a part of it. There is no school without you guys. Onward and upward.
